My parents were married on April 9th, 1960. So this spring all 5 of the kids put on a 50th
anniversary celebration in Joplin, Mo. About 40 people attended and the children and
grandchildren gave them a Birthstone Family Tree. The Bronze plaque is shown here with Dr.’s
mom and dad, and my mom’s sister in the background. Dr. Martins mom was a nurse and his dad
was a machinist and Air Force veteran.

Dr Martin was able to attend a game at the new Target Field in downtown Minneaplois Minn. The
new outside ballpark was greeted with good sunny weather to open its season. The Twins are off
to a good start, but on this day they lost to the Cleveland Indians.
July 8, 2010
Dr Martin attended the AGD annual meeting in New Orleans in July 2010. While there he
participated in the Nation of Smiles free dental clinic for those in need in the New Orleans
area..He also ran in a 5k Run to raise money for this charity and attended a number of classes on
dentall treatments.
July 20-22, 2010
Dr. Martin , Nicole, Dani, Rachel, Jodi and Nina volunteered at the Special Olympics Health
Clininc at Pershing. Many special smiles and new friends were made this week.
Oct 8-12,2010
Dr Martin and his office staff attended the ADA Annual meeting in Orlando, Fl. There they
competed as a team in the Incredible Race at Disney’s Epcot Park, attended CE classes, and met
with venders about new products.
